Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, bypass usage limits, or use automated access in a way that harms the service or other users.
Availability
We work to keep tools accurate and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every result fits every jurisdiction or individual circumstance.
Premium services
Kitalva Pro is an optional recurring subscription. The price, billing period and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access available through the current paid period. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Payments
Paddle acts as merchant of record for Kitalva Pro purchases and securely handles checkout, payment processing, tax collection, invoices, renewals, cancellations and approved refunds. Kitalva does not receive or store complete card details.
