Worked example
The method
Multiply the number by the percentage and divide by 100. For example, 15% of 80 is 80 × 15 ÷ 100.
Divide the first value by the second, then multiply by 100. This shows the first value's share of the whole.
Subtract the original value from the new value, divide by the original value, then multiply by 100.
